SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship most of the orders within 2 business days after we confirm your payment. Some items may require a longer ship-out period. On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via phone or email if we determine your order can not be shipped out within 3 business days.
Shipping is via Australia post, standard parcel post. Delivery times can vary and can be affected by demands on Australia Post . Temporary delays may be experienced but most orders are delivered between 3-7 days. If you have not received your order do not hesitate to contact us.
We only offer delivery to Australia.
Occasionally the automatic postage calculation is incorrect. In these cases we will notify you and you can decide whether to proceed with the order at a revised postage cost or we can refund the order if the corrected postage cost is not acceptable to you.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
All orders are preferred to be generated online. If unsure, you can email us – admin@coalcoastolives.com.au with any questions or specific order requests. For placing the online order, customers need to go to our website, choose the items and add them to checkout cart. Then continue the purchase by going ot the checkout cart and completing the details and payment.
All payment must be made in AUD.
Payment is due when you make the order. The Order will be canceled and the item won’t be hold for you if we haven’t received the payment within 7 days. If there are any delays about the payment, it is advised to contact us by email or phone.
Payment can be made by: credit card payment, or direct bank deposit by contacting us directly by email.
Please specify the order number when you make the payment via bank deposit. It is easier for us to identify your payment and make no mistakes, otherwise it may cause delays.
